How Xsatori collects, uses, shares and retains personal information.

Who We Are
Xsatori is operated by Xsatori Labs LLC, 4015 N 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015, United States. This policy covers the Xsatori website, game and related services. Questions or requests: info@xsatori.com.
What We Collect and Why
| Account details | Your email address, a hashed password, display name and account status. Used to create and secure your account, verify your email, and let you sign in. |
| Game activity | Your MC balance, Minas held, trades, settlement results, milestones and referral activity. This is the game itself — it is what lets us show your portfolio, leaderboards and history. |
| Purchase records | What you bought, when, how much you paid, and the Stripe identifiers for the transaction. Used to credit your account, send receipts, handle refunds and disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations. |
| Communications | Messages you send us and your notification preferences. Used to respond to you and to send the transactional email you have asked for or that your purchases require. |
| Technical and usage data | IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and in-app events. Used to keep the service running, investigate abuse and errors, and improve the product. |
Payment Information
We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your payment details directly. We receive only what we need to service your order: a transaction identifier, the amount, the currency, the last four digits and card brand, and the billing email you gave Stripe. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Service Providers We Use
We share personal information with the following providers so they can perform services for us:
| Stripe | Payment processing, fraud prevention, tax calculation and remittance, and payment receipts. |
| Resend | Sending transactional email such as receipts, verification and account notices. |
| Railway | Application hosting and the database where your account and game data are stored. |
| Cloudinary | Hosting and delivering images and brand assets used in the product. |
| Sports data providers | Schedules, scores and results. We send them no personal information — data flows to us, not from you to them. |
We may also disclose information to professional advisors, or to legal authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of Xsatori and its users.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the service to work, including a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
How Long We Keep Information
Account and game data are kept while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it longer.
Purchase and payment records are retained for at least seven years to meet tax, accounting and audit obligations, and to defend payment disputes. Security and abuse logs are kept for a limited period for those purposes.
Your Choices and Rights
You can update your account details and notification preferences in the app, and unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Transactional messages such as receipts and security notices cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is open.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to appeal a refusal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@xsatori.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls on administrative functions. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Xsatori is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@xsatori.com and we will delete it.
Where Your Information Is Processed
Xsatori is operated from the United States and your information is processed there. If you use Xsatori from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
